Álvaro Roco is a Yaran Black Market arms dealer with the full support of the FND and a crocodile enthusiast. He is the owner of the Cocodrilo Manor and intends to sell a sample of PG-240X to the highest bidder.
Like Simón Cavallo, his combat style like a FND Pistolero, except that he uses a pistol in combat rather than a Skorpion. He also has a crocodile following him.
