Andrés Caballero is an elite Special Forces soldier of the FND, after the death of Castillo he swore revenge for Antón's fall. Among his objectives there was Esperanza, in fact Andrés aims to retake the capital at any cost. Caballero managed to gather many soldiers from Isla Santuario and then take refuge in its base or the "Sureño shipyards", thus he leads the insurgency formed by remnants of FND in the wake of Castillo regime downfall, retaking control of the entirety of Isla Santuario.
His combat style is the same as FND Special Forces Assaulter, attacking with RPG-7 at long range and switch to AK-47 for close quarter combat. Same goes with the other insurgent leader Nicolás Najarro.
He supposedly served under the command of air force general José Castillo back when José was alive, as FND Special Forces were under the Fuerzas de Defensa Aereas.
