Ajay had two choices: Amita's and Sabal's. Former, she will task you to secure the intel the Royal Army's hands. The intel was guarded by Royal soldiers, which Ajay had to silently kill. After securing the intel, she will radio Amita and goes to the other camp, where he found the dead Golden Path members. He had to repel the attackers, and kill them.
If you chose the latter, he will task you to defend the outpost from Royal Army Hunters using explosives and machine gun turret in the outpost. You had to repel all attackers, and save as many Golden Path members as you can.

Ajay had to go to the Kyra Tea Factory after picking your choice between Amita and Sabal.
If you chose the former, you had to kill the Royal Army guarding the facility, and secure the fields until Golden Path backup arrives.
If you chose the latter, you had to completely destroy all opium shipments, poppy fields and facilities used to produce opium, and killing the guards.
# 3 Rochan Brick Factory[]

Ajay had to go where the Rochan Brick Factory are. You had to pick a side between Amita and Sabal.
Picking the former, you had to secure the factory by killing the guards, and repelling the counterattacks.
Picking the latter, you had to meet up with a Golden Path Havildar who provides you with bombs and instructions. Using caged elephants there, you had to destroy the cables putting the large chimney in place, toppling the stack after pulling the last peg. You had to kill the guards inside, plant bombs upon opium shipments, and detonate it on safe distance.
# 4 Jalendu Temple[]

Ajay has to choose for the last time between Amita and Sabal.
If you chose the former, you had to first secure the temple by killing the Royal Army stationer on the temple complex, then plant explosives on the target areas, and detonate it, while also repelling Sabal's faction of Golden Path going to save the temple.
If you chose the latter, you had to kill the Royal Army stationed there, and repel any attacks, be it from the Royal Army, and Amita's faction of Golden Path sent to destroy the temple.
