Benjamin is a Pirate, who appears in Vaas' ransom video with Liza Snow, warning Vaas that Jason might come to their location. Vaas tells him that he is busy and tells him to go away. His status are unknown since, like Felipe, you don't confront him anytime in the game.

• He is actually a Pirate Berserker Elite, however these was cut from the game somehow.
• Benjamin is voiced by Kristian Hodko, who also is the voice of Oliver Carswell.
• Unlike any other pirates, he seems to have an American accent, implying that he might be from the United States.
• Vaas call him Benjamin, Ben and Benny.
