Camp Cougars is a small camp east of Peaches' Taxidermy in the Henbane River region of Hope County in Far Cry 5. From Peaches Taxidermy, stay on the road heading east. When you hit the shrine, go off road and into the woods, straight east, but nudge up north just a smidge.
