Chica Núñez is a civilian in Madrugada, Yara who reached out to Dani and Libertad in warning them about an FND endorsed artist named Rodrigo Lecoste who is rounding up citizens in her hometown for his "artwork", creating statue molds by pouring hot metal on them. She begs Dani to kill him and "save [her] friends".
After Dani kills Lecoste and delivers the news via phone call to Chica, a more disturbing fact comes to light—Chica was actually Lecoste's wife, and was fully aware and supportive of the nature of his work, until she found out that she was on his list of planned victims. Dani berates her for being "just as sick as he is". Chica then abruptly ends the phone call with a curt "goodbye".
