Clarita Vargas was previously a jailed arsonist turned FND sympathizer, who removed all fire safety system from her FND base. She often voices desire to literally burning Libertad off the map. He chance arrives when she leads the insurgency formed by remnants of FND in the wake of Castillo regime downfall.
Her combat style is the same as FND Special Forces Flamer, fight at long distance as FND Heavy Gunner using RPD loaded with Incendiary rounds, then use Flamethrower for close quarter combat just like FND Flamers.
The FND Special Forces supposedly served under the command of air force general José Castillo back when he was alive, as their armbands have the emblem of the Fuerzas de Defensa Aereas. Except Clarita Vargas, who only got the uniform in the wake of Castillo regime downfall.

Insurgency description
We've received worrying reports of a new form of religious zealotry cropping up in military circles, stemming from the Special Forces base in Barrial and possibly connected to Esperanza's biggest cathedral. Details are scarce, but the words "cleansing fire" are being used liberally in connection with this new sect.
