Dam is the nineteenth level in Far Cry. In this level, Jack Carver, after being kicked out from a helicopter by Krieger personally, finds him self on an island crouded with Trigens, from one Gorilla to multiple Chimps, a lots of Fat Boys and few Fasts. He's given a M4, with only 10 rounds in the mag.

Trivia

• In the pre-release version there was a level titled "Mutant", which preceded Dam, where Jack wakes up in a wrecked V-22 Osprey and fights his way through trigens to reach a hang glider. It was revealed by mvxlnm, the creator of the Beta Aesthetics mod and the original creator of Beta Restoration Project mod.
• The start of Dam in pre-release was different. Jack lands his hang glider at the entrance to a research area, and comes across a battle between mercenaries and trigens. He then takes a boat to the Volcano Lab. The name of the level referred to a dam that was supposed to be included on the map but was eventually removed.
• In the beta version, the old skybox version was used in the final mission, because in the old version, it could indicate that in the Dam mission there were intense battles with smoke from flames throughout the island.
