This stash is northwest of Rye & Sons Aviation at the Laurel Residence in Holland Valley.
Finding the Stash[]
Look for the small house and kill the cultists and the VIP member. The info for the stash in a box in the kitchen. Look for a locked shed in the backyard. Read the note on the shed then look for a hatch on the ground to the left. Go into the bunker and swim underwater to the back. Take the keycard from the desk and go back out. Use the keycard to enter the shed. On the left is a switch that will activate a pump to remove the water from the bunker. Go back into the bunker and break through the wooden planks to the back.
