Emilia Rocha is a former medical educator and expert on armed rebellion. She leads the insurgency formed by remnants of FND in the wake of Castillo regime downfall. When faced a student uprising against remnants of Castillo's military, her forces held the university president hostage.
Her combat style is the same as other FND Medics, she can revive fallen allies and throw healing "grenades" to refill health for others around her. Unlike FND Assaulters, she fight with AK-47 using Poison rounds, dealing the same kind of damage (but not as devastating) as FND Fumigators.
She is the sister of Cherche Rocha, another insurgent leader after and before her. Before leading the insurgency, they supposedly served under the General of the Brigadas Mecanizadas, as all FND Engineers and Medics have the emblem of Brigadas Mecanizadas on their armbands.
