Familia Montero are a faction featured in Far Cry 6. They are located at the Montero Farm in Madrugada.
History[]
The Monteros were considered one of the most respected tobacco farmers in Yara. The are known to stick together and have an understanding of Guerrilla Warfare, but are known to lack trust for outsiders, especially Libertad, noting that trust must be earned.
The Montero has had it out for Antón Castillo after their land was stolen from beneath them, especially when they were fed a faulty promise of being made rich. Instead, Carlos Montero, the patriarch, was forced to work the fields and got sick from the gas he had breathed in, on top of that, his son, Alejandro, continued working in the labs under José Castillo.
