Animals (as noted by the Data Console) are one of four types of collectibles found in Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon.
There are 12 unique animals found throughout the Blood Dragon world that are tracked through the Data Console.
Rewards[]
There are 2 rewards given for killing 6 and 9 unique animals (unique count, only one of each type needs to be killed), which reward the Explosive Rounds for the Kobracon and Laser Rounds for the Fazertron respectively.

Below is a list of the specific animals that count towards the Data Console tracking. This list is all animals except for Demon Crow, Glowing Moray Eel, and Metal Manta Ray.
