Far Cry Zeta is a canceled post-apocalyptic Far Cry game that Ubisoft was working on sometime between 2016 and 2017. Very little information has been leaked about this game, mainly through the ArtStation. It's also possible that from the name it was a very early version of Far Cry 5, much like Far Cry Chronicles, which was later renamed Far Cry 4. The concept is likely what influenced Far Cry 5s ending and the development and release of Far Cry New Dawn.
