Felipe is a Pirate in Far Cry 3.

His cellphone is taken by Jason Brody and Grant Brody, when escaping Vaas's camp and after Grant possibly killed Felipe with a Throwing Knife. Felipe's name is revealed when another pirate calls Jason, not knowing Felipe's phone was taken.

Felipe does not seem to be a Pirate Boss or Elite, while he never shows up at Outposts, he is more likely an Assaulter as they were the only Pirates at the prisoner camp from "Make a Break for It".
