The former Gardenview Orchards is in a decrepit condition after the Collapse. Only 2 sheds are still standing, one of which is accessible trough breakable wodden planks. A Survivor tried to store a lot of stuff here. As the last bags are still outside and Highwaymen are swarming the place, they probably got caught.
