Colonel Tizel is a big fan of Rambo and has a larger collection of Rambo related merchandise than Silvio Morello. Colonel Tizel even successfully convinced the Yaran government to let him keep the Vengeance Bow, even though he cannot use it for actual combat since it's classified as a makeshift weapon and therefore is prohibited by Yaran law. This is also likely the reason why the Yaran military doesn't have professional archers unlike Kyrat with Royal Army Hunter and Royal Guard Hunter.
Despite being a big fan of Rambo, Tizel doesn't fight like rocketeers or heavy gunners. His combat style is the same as FND Officers, he fights with just a pistol but being able to buff other soldiers to deal more damage and have higher defense, as well as calling airstrikes by shooting his Flare Gun.
Aside from collecting Rambo memorabilia and merchandise, he also enjoys fishing and has absurd rules for FND soldiers who accompany him during his fishing trips which he called Five Fishing Commandments. Dani Rojas can carry out Silvio Morello's mission and ambush the fishing trip to get the key for Rambo's Vengeance Bow.
Trivia[]
- His name bears similarity to Sheriff Teazel, the main antagonist of First Blood.
- His tattoo says "become war", likely a reference to Rambo quote "To survive war, you gotta become war."
- Strangely enough, despite being a colonel, his uniform has just 2 stars on the shoulders while the four other colonels (Sonia Pérez, Orlando Díaz, Raúl Martínez, Simón Cavallo) have 4 stars.
- In a note in Fort San Miguel where there are reports of shipments arriving, there are 3D glasses on Rambo for Tizel and a Complete Set of Toops Figurines exchanged with Colonel S. Cavallo for a container of PG-240X. this means that Tizel traded Viviro with Horses and other items.
- In another note, "Pvt. S. Morello", likely Silvio Morello, scored poorly in everything and failed Yaran military basic training, and even accidentally injured himself and got subdued by a crocodile. It's likely that despite both being Rambo fans, Tizel mocked and/or insulted Morello about this, as he made it to colonel rank while Morello can't even pass basic training, hence the vengeance.
