Homeopathics are a class of craft-able items that can be consumed by players to receive enhanced abilities. However, they can occasionally be found in loot.

Crafting items is an important part of Far Cry 5, just as it was in previous games, but is not always something players think a lot about. Especially since there is no early game tutorial teaching new players how to craft, or which items can be crafted. There are fewer craft-able items in Far Cry 5 than in previous games. Players will not need to craft arrows, ammunition, or med kits for example. Instead, those items can be found in fair supply during gameplay.
There are four craft-able homeopathics, each with its own temporary effect.
The Fast: Increase your speed for a limited time.
The Furious: Increases your melee attack damage for a limited time.
Ultimate Hunter: Automatically tag all the animals and enemies in your sight and make predators flee for a limited time.- Ultimate Survivor: Reduce considerably the damage you take for a limited time.
There are quests that reward you with an enhanced (cheaper recipe) or buff bonus (longer duration). The quests leading to the enhanced boni are "Fast" and "Furious" (Aubrey's Diner), "Dinner Time" (Dr Perkins, MCA Mobile Lab, for ultimate hunter) and capturing the Green-Busch Fertilizer Co. (ultimate survivor).
