The Hope County Railway Line refers to an abandoned railway line that runs throughout Hope County in Far Cry 5 and Far Cry: New Dawn. It begins at Henbane River Station and goes through the southern parts of the Henbane River, then it travels through the eastern parts of Holland Valley, before going through the northern parts of the Henbane River before going through the eastern parts of the Whitetail Mountains until it ends at Linero Building Supplies.

- Unlike Hope County's Highway Network, there is no evidence of tunnels leading out of Hope County for the rail line. Suggesting that the rail service only served Hope County. However, this is contradicted by Far Cry: New Dawn, in which it is mentioned during a treasure hunt mission that a train of supplies was brought from outside but subsequently derailed and crashed at Broken Tears.
