The Imprisoned Tank Soldier is a minor character in Far Cry 6.
Biography[]
He was one among the Legends of 67 who rallied around Santos Espinosa. During Revolution of 1967, he drove a tank through battle of Esperanza and witnessed the execution of Gabriel Castillo. In 21st century, he is in prison as of 2021, likely after Antón Castillo took power. Diego Castillo met with him within his cell to discuss why he hated Gabriel and discussed the war but things took a turn for the worse when the soldier told Diego he would end up a tyrant just like his father Antón, he said he would strangle and kill Diego if he could and that he would be doing Yara a favor if he killed himself. This caused Diego to punch the soldier in a fit of rage and cause his face to start bleeding, he then fell over, laughing.
The father of Bembé Álvarez supposedly fought alongside him during the revolution, except that while the tank soldier stays true to his cause and faced prison under Castillo regime, Bembé's father did the opposite and took the opportunity to get a new military career among the new regime, which got him killed in a new revolution.
It's unknown what would happen to him with the fall of Castillo regime, such as what the Legends of 67 would do and whether he survives up to that point or not. If Dani takes the boat to leave Yara and live in the US, Castillo regime would still stand and therefore still imprisoning him, it's also unknown whether the Legends of 67 would attempt to rescue him or not.
Trivia[]
