Isidoro Rasgado is a captain of the FND , he fights with an AK-47 just like any FND Assaulter and FND Special Forces Assaulter, except that unlike the latter, he doesn't switch to RPG-7 despite wearing Special Forces uniform.
He operates in the outskirts of Malagua administering the city and the villages in the outskirts, Malagua is a city in Yara that is under strict FND rule, after a revolt in Malagua by some students who threw rocks against a tank, they were hit by tank fire and soldiers, so Rasgado called a curfew in Malagua and repelled the guerrillas in rural areas of Malagua by capturing those who came too close to Malagua like Eduardo a guerrilla student captured and killed at the 18:00 on the edge of Malagua. Isidoro Rasgado also intended to use the PG-240X against the students, so he was then attacked by Dani Rojas and Danny Trejo in Malagua along with his subordinates.
Notes[]
"Shredded papers
Emma, did you hear Eduardo? She was supposed to get the vehicle that carried all that Castillo money. He called on the radio after he retrieved the box, but his voice sounded like he had been hit. She said he got the money safe and was running away. The money is in the shelter, but Eduardo hasn't shown up anymore. We will have to send a team to retrieve the crate, but all I know is that the shelter is close to the town square. with you one or two local guerrillas. They certainly know the guerrilla paths that lead to the Malagua refuge. If the FND took Eduardo, he sure didn't sing. He is too stubborn. And he would keep the key. Keep an eye on the military channels - we'll need information on where they've taken our people if we're going to get the money back. If he's dead, the key will be on his corpse.

"Order recovery Malagua
Head of the recovery team.
Malagua FROM: Captain Isidoro Rasgado
SUBJECT: Mission operational funds
At 1:00 pm, a vehicle carrying a safety deposit box full of money intended for the identification of the guerrilla leaders was ambushed. The funds were stolen. Signal intelligence suggests that the terrorist guerrillas have made contact with their local cell operating in Malagua. We believe the box was taken to a guerrilla refuge on the outskirts of Malagua. Funds are essential for operations in the region. It is allowed to use any means necessary to recover the cargo of the transport. Return the box and its key directly to my headquarters in the town square when the operation is completed."
"Situation Report
To Captain Isidoro Rasgado
To: Rescue Team Leader, Malagua
SUBJECT: Rescue Operation
The Rescue Team arrested guerrillas who matched the description of those who intercepted the transport of money. During the interrogation, a rebel named Eduardo refused to provide any information. The same stubbornness was exhibited by his compatriots. When the guerrilla students refused to obey, we took them to the edge of the city; their executions took place at 18:00. We left their bodies in a garage near the bridge at the entrance to Malagua as a warning to others. At the moment, we have not yet recovered the key, but I have reason to believe that the guerrilla hideout is somewhere near the square in the town of Malagua. My team is starting a search and I hope to find the crate before sunset."
