Losing Streak is a Side Mission in Far Cry New Dawn. Start it by talking to Bean in Wiki-Bean-ia.

Walktrough[]
A nervous Bean explains his business and its recent difficulties. Richard, one of his scouts, gambled away all the intel, especially the precious business plan. Bean would go to get it back himself, but his knees are bad. So he sends you instead.
Once you reach Gambler's Run, there is a group of Highwaymen and Richard - stripped down to his pants, dancing for the amusement of the others. Gain the aggressors attention, so Richard has an opportunity to run away. Mind the sniper and the guard dog.
After a small chase, Richard collapses at a river crossing south of Dick's Hole. He admits to his gambling problem and promises to never gamble again. The business plan is stashed inside a bunker nearby. Some Highwaymen will already be there and set fire to the place. Go down the ladder and grab the documents from the safe.
Bean contacts and informs you of his relocation south of your position. Overjoyed he tells you that he is going to join Prosperity and how Wiki-Bean-ia is going to expand in the future.
