Teresa "Lucky Mama" Moreno is a famous living legend among the Legends of 67.
Biography[]
Lucky Mama was a combat medic who fought in the Revolution of 1967 with other Legends of 67, alongside El Tigre and Lorenzo Canseco as they rallied around the communist professor Santos Espinosa to overthrow Gabriel Castillo, the president of Yara.
During the revolution, Lucky Mama released their prisoners of war, but Lobo viciously killed several of them. She was shocked by this and smacked him so hard he lost a piece of a tooth. Later on, Lobo concluded that Santos Espinosa would only become a leader just as, if not worse than Gabriel Castillo. So, Lobo plotted to assassinate Santos during the chaos that would ensue when besieging Esperanza, as well as killing Lorenzo and Lucky Mama, since he saw them as traitors. He trusted El Tigre with these secrets, and that is why his conspiracy failed as El Tigre killed him instead. Thus, Lucky Mama lives on. Like the rest of the Legends, she was terribly disappointed and disillusioned as Lobo was proven right: Santos Espinosa indeed turned out to be a corrupt and incompetent president leaving the country in shambles, even letting foreign corporations back into the country and allowing them to pollute the environment despite the communist cause everyone rallied around him for. All of which was against each and every promise he personally made to Lucky Mama.
In the 21st century, after Antón Castillo took power and sought revenge against those who overthrew his father Gabriel. Lucky was living in Patriotas Peak with other fellow Legends, providing medical treatments for local people, especially for Lorenzo who is suffering from herpes.
El Tigre called her the heart of the revolution. When he and Jonrón were killed in chemical airstrikes alongside others, she mourns their losses and told Dani Rojas that back in the Revolution of 1967, she didn't mourn the fallen revolutionaries, for back then she thought death was glorious.
She then works with La Moral to bring down Sean McKay. She later joins Dani with the rest of Libertad and the three factions in the Battle of Esperanza.
If Dani takes the boat to leave Yara and live in the US, it's unknown what would happen to Lucky Mama and whether she (along with other Legends of 67) would attempt to rescue the Imprisoned tank soldier or not.
