Colonel Maricela Sanz is an FND leader running a cult-like militant unit in Puerta del Edén. She is plotting to use the PG-240X to pollute the waters of Yara. Dani is sent in to eliminate her and steal the sample.
With just an AK-47, her combat style is the same as FND Assaulter.
Her career and makeup are similar to another colonel in Kyrat, Master Sandesh.
