Milo Serrano is a tech combat specialist. His brother was killed by guerrillas, so he has vowed revenge against Libertad. Thus he leads the insurgency formed by remnants of FND in the wake of Castillo regime downfall. And retaking control of provinces, Lozanía, and Costa del Mar.
His combat style is the same as FND Rocketeers, attacking with RPG-7 at long range and switch to SMG-11 for close quarter combat like Rosamaría Cuda before and after him, just like RPG shooters of previous games.
The dossier reported that Dani Rojas killed his brother so he is an "emotionally unstable wreck with an RPG". His other brother is Matéo Serrano, another insurgent leader before and after him.
