Mommy's Plan is a letter in Far Cry 5. It can be found on a workbench in the garage on Rae-Rae's Pumpkin Farm in the Holland Valley. Rae-Rae, the farm's owner, wrote it to her son Ryan sometime before the events of the game.

- Ryan,
- If you're reading this, then you followed mommy's plan just like we practiced.
- That's my boy! Now take these supplies and head for the woods, and remember,
- if mommy doesn't show up after three hours, head South and don't look back.
- And don't forget to switch the safety of the gun to OFF. Very important.
- Love you to pieces,
- Mom

Trivia[]
- Presumably, Rae-Rae's plan was to have her son hide in the garage if the Project at Eden's Gate showed up to take him, (as mentioned in Rae-Rae's letter to Ryan's father, Russell, located in the bedroom of the main house), then escape when possible to a predetermined location in the surrounding forest and wait for his mother, shooting any cultists who might happen upon him.
- The wording of both this note and Rae-Rae's other letter suggest that Ryan is still a child (albeit one old enough to read).
- Although it appears Ryan's parents were murdered by Eden's Gate shortly before the Junior Deputy's arrival, it doesn't appear that Ryan was killed as well.
- Combined with his absence from the scene, along with the fact that the "supplies" and gun mentioned in Rae-Rae's note are present in the garage suggest that he never followed his mother's instructions.
- This letter was written before the Junior Deputy arrives, but likely after the the cult went on the offensive, as Rae-Rae is dead by the time the note is found.
- Rae-Rae can be heard on the map overview before liberating Boomer, lending creedance to this idea.
