Her husband Roel is a pimp who abused her and used her as prostitute for Hoyt Volker Privateers, so she wants to escape from the island and go back to her home in Samar (Samar Island of Philippines), but she needs 2 blood diamonds from the privateers to pay a boat captain. Jason offered to help, but after he took the diamonds, Roel came and abused her. Jason must kill Roel to complete the mission, which Nina would be sad and mourn his death.

- In cut content of the game, after Roel's death, she asks Jason to stay with her, much to his shock.
- Her husband is the only civilian whom Jason can kill without facing any consequences.
