Nolan's Fly Shop is a fishing supply store that the owner sold to Faith Seed and an outpost location. The store was taken over by the Cult and, according to a note in the basement, converted to a Bliss laboratory/distillery. The area behind the store was turned into a Bliss plantation.
South of the shop there is a dock where boats and seaplanes can be purchased and spawned.
