O'Hara's note is a Prepper's Note in Far Cry 5 that can be found inside a metal box nailed next to the door of the eponymous O'Hara's amateur haunted house. Reading it activates the location's Prepper Stash quest.

- From this, his Project at Eden's Gate-themed haunted house and the apparent torture chamber above it (in which the player can find another deranged note), it seems clear that O'Hara is psychotic, and is in fact enjoying the chaos being caused by the cult's takeover of Hope County, as it affords him cover to carry out his own nefarious deeds.
- The letter mentions how "everybody in the county [is] tearing each other to pieces", strongly implying that it was written either during or shortly before the events of the game.
