Rafael Merrero is a Black Market forger that Bembé Alvarez sends Dani Rojas to in order to acquire some forged visas for his 'precious cargo'. Dani will have to save him from the Sergeant Atrio and the FND soldiers first.
If Rafael is killed, it would only make the job with Bembé more complicated.
