Ranger Station is a location in Far Cry 2.

It is located in the west sector of the Bowa-Seko district. The station has a diamond briefcase and ammo piles. The player can snipe enemies from the other side of the river when heading north on the road. At a road junction nearby, there is a sniper tower that is perfect for sniping, and there is also a diamond briefcase there. The briefcase full of passports in "Go to the tourist resort and destroy the passport briefcase" is located in the Ranger Station. This is also the location of a subverted faction mission where you have to eliminate the UFLL propaganda minister who monitors the radio.

History (speculation)

Before the destructive civil war, it was built by King Nnyere for tourism purposes. When the civil war began, it was abandoned and it is now turned into a military outpost. It is also the residence for high ranking UFLL officials including the propaganda minister.
