"Rebel Yell" is the first mission in Act Two and the seventh story mission overall in Far Cry 4.
Synopsis[]
Rebel Yell is a Balance of Power mission given by Sabal. It is unlocked after completing Incursion. This mission will unlock A Cultural Exchange and Bhadra Mission.
Ajay Ghale finds Amita and Sabal arguing in a building at Khilana Bazaar. A Golden Path soldier leaves and quickly closes the door, explaining they've been bickering for a while. She thanks Ajay for his help and tells him that the fate of Kyrat is in his hands before leaving him to deal with Amita and Sabal's fighting. As he enters, Amita storms out, with Sabal exiting not long after.
You are faced with a choice: Sabal's mission or Amita's mission. To start this mission, head over to Sabal, who will be sitting on some crates around the back of the building and speak with him. His plan is to protect the soldiers at a camp nearby from an attack.
Head over to the camp and meet with the rebel leader. You will have some time to prepare before the enemies come, take this time to plant some mines and restock on ammo, its important to note that the weather in this level is foggy which reduces visibility. One of the Golden Path fighters rushes up the hill, yelling that Hunters are on the way. You will then have to fight off several waves of hunters that will come from all directions. Make sure to stay sporadic and watch every angle. Once the firefight is over, you will be asked to protect the rest of the soldiers in the main camp.
Walk up the hill but be careful for hunters and charmed animals along the path. When you've reached the main camp, you'll find several hunters and normal enemies alike, along with a bear that can be charmed to attack you. Take out the enemies on the ridgeline and the ones around the area to complete the mission. Ajay will radio Sabal that the job is complete, however whatever Amita wanted to find wasn't there.
Gameplay[]
The player will face many Royal Army hunters in this level, they are very silent and deal a huge amount of damage by using the Hunter bow, they shoot both normal and incendiary arrows at the player, its best to advance slowly and try to spot the Hunters before engaging or running into the fight, the weather in this level is foggy and visibility is reduced making it harder to locate the enemy.
