Riel Claudia is a chemical engineer and a poison expert who counts confirmed kills. She believes that chaos is the path to peace. She leads the insurgency formed by remnants of FND in the wake of Castillo regime downfall.
Her combat style is the same as other FND Fumigators, she sprays PG-240 to choke and poison her opponents. She would instantly explode and die if being hit at the PG-240 spray tank on her back.
She is the sister of Rodolfo Claudia, another insurgent leader after and before her. He's trying to finish the work his sister started.
