Rosamaría Cuda was an FND military official, known for her love of dinosaurs. After the fall of the Castilllo regime, she led an insurgency formed by remnants of the FND. To fuel her insurgency, she funneled money from tourism to fund her military operations.
Her combat style is the same as FND Rocketeers, attacking with RPG-7 and M-79 at long range and switch to SMG-11 for close quarter combat just like RPG shooters of previous games. Same goes with the other insurgent leader Milo Serrano after and before her.
She is the sister of Juaneta Cuda, another insurgent leader after and before her.
