The Royal Guard Heavy Flamer Commander is an elite variant of the regular Heavy Flamer. He is differentiated by his uniform colors, and his golden Bandage and 2 Golden Stars. He only appears in one "Eye for an eye" mission, where Fullan asks Ajay to go and kill him for burning her bee farm. Be aware that unlike Privateer Heavy Flamer in Far Cry 3, he is outright immune to fire.
He uses same quotes as the Royal Guard Heavy Flamer.
