The Lock Project are one of the main enemy factions in Far Cry 6 Crossover DLC "The Vanishing".
Overview[]
The Lock Project are program carried out by researchers and the Russian Army who got involved in supernatural researches since Cold War era. In 21st century, they still resumed thier researches in Yara.
While the Russians appeared as enemies of Dani Rojas, however, it's unwise to kill them as they would fight against the supernatural enemies. Without them, the supernatural enemies can surround and overwhelm Rojas. The Russians use local Yaran weapons such as flamethrowers and old AK-47 instead of 21st century Russian weapons, either because they mostly are researchers and not officially from Russian military or don't receive armed support from the Russian government.
