Sergeant Minaya (Iglesias) is the FND "boss" in charge of FND Special Forces Base, despite apparently not being in the FND Special Forces himself. His weapons and uniforms are the same as FND Heavy Gunner commander, and so does his combat style. He can deploy ballistic shields to have mobile defensive positions. Given the opportunity, he can deploy several shields to provide cover for himself and his allies while continue raining down machinegun fire on his opponents.
If he dies, his base would be taken over by Libertad, at some point they would lose control of his base to the insurgent leader Raúl Marín.
