Sergeant Síngao of the Fuerzas Nacionales de Defensa is an FND Assaulter active in the region of "Conuco" during the Petra Toca mission "Everything to lose".
Sergeant Síngao poses no bigger threat than any lone FND Assaulter, all he got is an AK-47 and grenades.
It's clear that Síngao is just his nickname, not his real name and certainly not his family name.
It turns out that Síngao had discovered the secret hospital of Duarte a farmer, had not yet reported him but had instructed his soldiers to kill the Hinojosa family, Dani Rojas during the mission will kill the sergeant, managing to save Duarte and his secret, but it was too late for the Hinojosa family who were already murdered.
