Sergey's Place is a location in the Holland Valley region of Hope County in Far Cry 5. It is located South of the Bridge of Tears, East of Gardenview Ciderworks, North of Copperhead Rail Yard, West of Henbane River Chalets, and South-East of Rae-Rae's Pumpkin Farm.
Someone lived here without worldly possessions in order to achieve enlightenment but wasn't able to. They rather realised that the Montana winter is hard to survive without a roof over their head. So joining the Cult seemed like a good way to overcome the next winter.
