• You are given a mission to kill him in the Southern Territory by the UFLL.
• He works in a classroom at the Polytechnic.
• When you subvert the mission to kill him, your buddy gives you the option to obtain a map and make Seth send new drop zone coordinates to his friend that is a pilot.
• While entering the building Seth will yell for his guards, Shango and Kwanta.
• If you attack him he will draw a pistol to defend himself. This can be avoided by simply cutting him down with your machete.
