St. Francis Veterans Center, a former veteran hospital, is a location in the Whitetail Mountains region that is used by Jacob Seed to subject captured Hope County residents and resistance members to 'classical conditioning'. Several cages have been set up for captured victims who are then experimented on. There are Bliss containers around the building.
On the second floor there is a room that serves as a makeshift command center, and can only be accessed by exploiting a glitch.
The building is not accessible in normal gameplay as there is an invisible barrier around it: once the player gets too close, the song "Only you" will start to play, the player's screen turns red, the player passes out and they are teleported back to a spawn point where they wake up. Approaching the Veterans Center in a vehicle will lead to the same outcome, except the player will lose the vehicle.

Trivia[]
- The Veterans Center is inaccessible even if the player leaves Dutch's Island at the first opportunity, and heads for the Veterans Center - the song "Only you" will still start to play and the player will black out.
- You were able to exploit a glitch to access the building: you needed to swim towards the building in the shallow lake in front of the Veterans Center until you heard the song, then you needed to stay underwater until you ran out of air and started to writhe. When you saw a white flash, you were able to swim to the surface and enter the building without getting teleported out. Your user interface would be gone and you would be invulnerable too as long as you did not fast travel to a different location or reverted to a previous save. (This exploit has been patched and no longer works (06-29-2018).
- Currently, the only way to access the Veterans Center is to use a mod called Far Cry 5 Resistance.
