Steeve was a mercenary who used to work for Hoyt, who delights in playing Poker. He is friends with Sam, and when Jason Brody goes looking for Sam he will have to play against Steeve, Karl, and Sam in Poker at the Crazy Cock Bar. He appears in the Three Blind Mice mission to play Poker with Karl, Sam and Jason Brody, and will no longer open in the game.
At the end of the game Steeve will go out with Karl.
