The north-east section of the Southern Island. Swampy fields at the foot of a small mountain. This section is on a small island separated by a river from the rest of the southern island. it's the first location Jason visits when he reaches the Privateers territory. He is confused at first who is controlling this island. Then is humbled by the sight of a PMC-like paramilitary-mercenary force, whom are much better equipped than Vaas' narco-pirates. And obviously much better funded. It seems this paramilitary group are the cartel that makes and controls the market of the drugs coming from The Rook island. And Vaas and his thugs are just paid addicts guarding the islands so they can get high and rape and terrorize the locals. They don't seem to have much of a presence on S. Rook.
