The player first encounters the Underground at Pala's Church
The Underground is an organized cell in the Unnamed African Country (UAC) which focuses on getting refugees out of the country.
Leboa-Sako Underground[]
The leader of Underground in the Leboa-Sako region is Father Maliya. He offers the player missions, during which the player can obtain medicine for malaria in exchange for passports. Before the player leaves the church or an Underground location, the person there warns the player the Underground location which the player is heading to is under attack by mercenaries.
There are five Underground location in Leboa-Sako. Out of the five locations, four location on the outer areas of the region have to be found during an Underground mission.
Bowa-Seko Underground[]
The leader of Underground in the Bowa-Seko region is Doctor Obua. He offers the player missions, during which the player can obtain medicine for malaria in exchange for passports just like in Leboa-Sako. Each Underground location here is also being attacked by mercenaries when the player is tasked with delivering the passports.
There are five Underground locations in Bowa-Seko, four of which have to be found during the Underground missions.
