This Captain of the FND appears in the events after the death of Édgar Reyes, in the mission (Angel De La Muerte), this character was present on the "Torre del León" with Anton Castillo, Diego Castillo, A stylist and a cameraman, Anton was preparing to go on the air and talk about the guerrillas but he could not concentrate on the speech so he warns Diego after asking them to remove a sentence from his speech Anton is interrupted by the captain who brings them a box, containing Reyes' glasses and his cellphone. Arriving with the box in hand Anton will say "You opened it?", This question is probably asked for safety reasons, the Captain will answer Anton "Si, Señor Presidente". Anton will take the glasses in the box realizing that those are Edgar's eyeglasses Reyes senses that he was killed, Edgar's cell phone starts ringing in the box, shortly after the Captain will tell Anton "It rings every hour, Señor Presidente", this means that the box was opened and examined long before it was delivered to Anton, so the Captain could also be in charge of checking the incoming parcels.
The cell phone was sealing because it received the call from Clara García to which Castillo will answer, during the call Clara and Anton will fight and this will lead Anton to get irritated and throw the phone to the ground, soon after it will go live to confirm the death of Edgar Reyes.
