The United States Armed Forces are military forces of United States of America, that is mentioned in most of the Far Cry games, and is featured in Hours of Darkness.

United States Armed Forces, with its best in quality and quantity in the world, has also influence in Far Cry universe. Some of American characters are formerly served in US Armed forces. Also, They appear as combat belligerent in Vietnam War in Hours of Darkness. The most of ground operations are on Wendell Redler and his team's own, but they may assist with bombing throughout the exodus from the valley, and some ground units during extraction. Branches served by Far Cry characters include Army, Navy, Reserves, Green Beret, and Marines.
