The Untouchable recipe is granted to the player after collecting 30 Relics.
Upon activation of the syringe, the player will become utterly invincible (minus factors such as fall damage) for the duration of the syringe's effect. Depending on whether the player has the Syringe Potency skill, the time the syringe is active will vary.
