Upgrade Prosperity is a missable Story Mission in Far Cry New Dawn. You receive it from Thomas Rush once he safely reached Prosperity by talking to him. If you upgrade the Homebase to the next level before talking to him, this mission is simply skipped.

Walktrough[]
You need to find enough Ethanol to upgrade the facilities and decide which 2 specialists you want to rescue. This mission is easily missable if you fulfilled the requirements and upgraded Prosperity before talking to Rush.
