Vinito Estrada is a charismatic FND colonel and brutal disciplinarian. He doesn't care who he hurts in order to kill Dani Rojas. His description of being a clone genetically engineered for revenge and miracle of Yaran science by FND R&D department are likely just a joke. It's likely that he is a relative of Dañiel Estrada, the other insurgent leader, and like Daniel, he leads the insurgency formed by remnants of FND in the wake of Castillo regime downfall. During his insurgency he was last seen in the retaken provinces of Noventarmas and Barrial.
His combat style is the same as FND Officers, he fights with just pistol but being able to buff other soldiers to do more damage and withstand more damage, as well as calling for airstrikes by Flare Gun like Dañiel Estrada before and after him.
He was the 20th and also the final insurgent leader, as Week 21 brings back the first insurgent leader Raúl Marín, the literal vanguard who started it all.
