Being bolt-action, this rifle has slower rate of fire as it requires a pause after every shot for cycling the bolt before the next shot.
It's the standard issued rifle for snipers of the Fuerzas Nacionales de Defensa, specifically, the FND Snipers and FND Special Forces Snipers.
